Chris Muller Q2 2025 "Jack Hill" Employee of the Quarter

We are pleased to announce Chris Muller, Welder, as the recipient of the “Jack Hill” Employee of the Quarter Award for the second quarter of 2025!   

A Remarkable First Year on the Shop Floor

In just one year, Chris Muller has made a lasting impact at MikaFab. Since joining as a welder, he’s diligently honed his craft, developed valuable technical skills, and become a key contributor to our team. Chris came toIMG_3424 MikaFab with a diverse background, he’d previously worked as both a cashier and a Bridgeport operator. These roles taught him adaptability, precision, and a strong work ethic, helping him transition seamlessly into the fast-paced welding environment.

Life Beyond the Welding Torch

Outside of work, Chris maintains an active lifestyle. He practices karate, stays adventurous on hiking trails, and explores his creativity through cooking. His culinary experiments are always met with enthusiasm especially when sampling is involved!

Driven by Core Values

Of MikaFab’s Core Values, Chris resonates most with "Greater Good," which emphasizes environmentalIMG_3416 sustainability and stewardship. He also appreciates the friendly support he finds in his coworkers, though he’s often described as quiet and focused always with his head in the work.

Inspiration, Ambition, and A Global Outlook

Chris draws inspiration from others who are on similar paths, and he actively seeks creativity from unexpectedEurasian_wolf_2 places. His biggest dream? Traveling the world, exploring new cultures, and experiencing every corner of the globe. The animal that best describes Chris, would be a Wolf.  Wolves are quiet, loyal, hardworking, disciplined, and thrive in a “pack” but still maintain their independence.
