After nearly 19 years of hard work and dedication, Nate Campbell is stepping into a brand-new role at Mika! Currently serving as our Assembly Supervisor and Silk Screen Specialist, Nate will now be bringing his deep knowledge and hands on experience to the front office as our newest Project Estimator. ![services-screenprinting-min-1](https://blog.mikafab.com/hs-fs/hubfs/services-screenprinting-min-1.jpg?width=286&height=191&name=services-screenprinting-min-1.jpg) Nate’s journey with Mika is a true testament to growth, grit, and loyalty. He first joined the team through a temp to hire agency, looking for a reliable 40 hour a week job. With no prior experience in manufacturing or fabrication, Nate started in janitorial services and part washing. But his curiosity, determination, and adaptability quickly made him stand out.  Over the years, he worked his way through nearly every department machine operation, setup lead, spot welding, and more. “My ability to learn and adapt has been a tremendous asset,” Nate reflects. “I think most of my coworkers would describe me as very knowledgeable.” ![Nate Campbell](https://blog.mikafab.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Nate%20Campbell.png?width=195&height=216&name=Nate%20Campbell.png) Now, as he transitions into his new role, Nate is eager to take on the customer side of the business. “I enjoy seeing craftsmanship come to life and strive for perfection in everything I do,” he shares. “I’m looking forward to building strong relationships with our customers and helping them feel confident in our capabilities.”  But what truly sets Nate apart is his heart. To him, Mika is more than just a workplace, it is a family. “I’ve gone to weddings, funerals, and parties with coworkers,” he says. “We help each other out with everything from car repairs to moving days. Over the years, many of us have become great movers.”  When asked what accomplishment he’s most proud of, Nate couldn’t choose just one. “I take pride in every position I’ve held here,” he says with a smile.  The Mika team is very pleased to have Nate! We’re thrilled to see you take on this exciting new chapter. Your dedication, knowledge, and team spirit continue to inspire us all.  Tags: [Team Profiles](https://blog.mikafab.com/en-us/tag/team-profiles) [Back to Blog](https://blog.mikafab.com/en-us) - [Tweet](https://twitter.com/share) ### Comments ## Related Articles ## [Christopher Orlando Promoted to Associate Manufacturing Engineer](https://blog.mikafab.com/en-us/christopher-orlando-promoted-to-associate-manufacturing-engineer) Mika Metal Fabricating would like to congratulate Christopher Orlando on his new position as...
